This brand-new state of the art aquatics facility in Yankton, SD, offers a large variety of water features for every age to enjoy. Whether you live in the area, or are just visiting, The Huether Family Aquatics Center will be your number one destination for summer fun.
Not only are there many different attractions to enjoy, you can also improve your swimming skills with swimming lessons from our highly trained and certified staff. More serious swimmers can compete on the swim team, swim laps, or attend one of the scheduled water events.
The facilities are available for private rentals! Whether you are celebrating a birthday, having a family reunion, or just wanting to get together, there are a range of packages and amenities to fit every occasion—and every budget.

If you are looking to enjoy a day of fun in the sun outside of the pools, Fantle Memorial Park is the place to be!
Several sheltered areas make this the perfect picnic spot, or just a place to relax and enjoy each other’s company in the shade. If you have a more active lifestyle, exert some energy playing basketball, sand volleyball, and baseball/softball on the many courts and fields in the park. Pay your respect by honoring Veterans in the memorial at the center of the park. Enjoy hours of fun with the 18-hole disc golf course. Just because the sun goes down doesn’t mean the fun has to stop, because many of the trails and courts are lighted, so you can play to your heart’s content.
Enjoy a full day of recreation by the pool, and explore every unique and exciting part of The Huether Family Aquatics Center facility! Your little family members will find fun in the Spray Zone with twelve different sprays and in the zero-depth Family Pool with its play structure and slides.
Plan Your Trip
Older members of the family can experience action-packed water activities and games in the Adventure Pool as test their balance on the Wiggle Bridge, strength on the Climbing Wall, diving and flipping skills off of the three-meter boards, or cannon-ball skills off of the one-meter boards. They can even show who has dunking skills at the Basketball Hoops!

When it is time to relax and cool off, a tube ride down the water slide leads you into the lazy river for a peaceful float. If a little more water is what you need, try floating through the spray channel. The lazy river also has a vortex pool that wants to keep you pulled to the middle, so good luck battling the current to get back out. If height and speed are your thing, try the individual body slide
